About Alison

As a long-time active resident and a prominent member of a local business, Alison encourages Community Collaboration and Positive Quality of Life.

Alison is committed to the idea that every person’s potential is achievable. Her intention is to be a positive role model and change-maker who empowers others to be the same.
Alison has been a Montmorency resident for over two decades, developing a deep affection for the area’s sense of community and environment.

Being active with local sporting clubs, Parents’ & Friends’ Associations and Business Network International, the mother of two boys was asked to run for council and became inspired to make the local area safer for pedestrians and vehicles, and be an integral part of the decision-making process at a local level.

Having worked in the hospitality and vocational education sectors and more recently in real estate, she knows the importance of being approachable and listening to people. Alison has a positive outlook and believes she can work with the community to encourage a harmonious environment for all residents. She is embracing the challenges of being the councillor during an unprecedented time in our economic and humanitarian history and is excited about delivering projects which serve the community and enhance the area.
